The display boards measure 1m wide and 2m tall.

(Note : The rental price is for one side of a board only)

Each board is equipped with multiple, movable hooks. These allow the artists to hang their work in whatever arrangement they prefer.

All artists must ensure that their art is ready to hang when they arrive at the venue. Each artwork should be fitted with a wire/string across the back or have a large metal hanging clip.

The exhibition will be invigilated from 9am til 5pm on both days. It should be noted, the building is open to the public from 7am until 12pm, during which time all the art work will be on public display.

Artwork can be delivered and hung between 8pm and 10pm on the 9th December. Alternatively, it can be hung between 8am and 9am on the morning of the 10th December.

All unsold art should be collected from the venue between 5pm and 6pm on the 11th December.
